WHAT IS IBILEY UNIFORMS AND MORE RETURN POLICY?
For Online Orders:

Your satisfaction is guaranteed for all orders. You may return any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt for items of the same purchase price, excluding shipping & handling charges. We cannot accept custom embroidered or logo product returns unless the product or the embroidery is defective.
Items in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages may be
returned
for a refund within 30 days accompanied by your original invoice. Depending on the method you used to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7-10 business days to receive your
return.
Detailed return information is provided on the back of the packing slip included with your shipment. Please fill out the
return form

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for their return label charges unless Ibiley sent an incorrect item.
Missing or Lost Items:
All claims for missing or lost items/packages must be made within 90 days of the invoice or receipt date. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for refund, replacement, exchange, or credit and a new order must be placed.
For in-store purchases:
We can help you do an even exchange under the following 2 conditions: (a) you must have your receipt (b) the emblems or customized embroidery have not been applied to any item. If you do not want an exchange, we can also offer you store credit—no cash or credit card refunds.
IF I ORDER SOMETHING THROUGH THE INTERNET AND IT DOES NOT FIT. IF IT IS NOT WORN, NO EMBLEMS, ETC, CAN I BRING IT TO THE STORE FOR AN EVEN EXCHANGE?
Any time you order one of our uniforms through the Internet or the phone, you may go to the store for an even exchange, as long as it is not worn or have an emblem. Please remember to take your receipt with you - Stores will not exchange anything without receipts.
