ARE IBILEY STORES OPEN ALL YEAR LONG?
WHAT ARE THE STORE HOURS?
WHAT ARE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS?Our stores are open all year long with extended hours in the month of August, right before school opens only.
Our regular Store hours - Monday through Friday - 10 AM through 6:00 PM, Saturdays - 10:00 AM through 5:00 PM -Extended Hours -Monday through Saturday - 10:00 AM through 8:00 PM, Sundays - 12:00 Noon through 5:00 PM
Customer Service is open Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM through 6:00 PM (Eastern Time)Back to Top
HOW DO I KNOW THE RIGHT COLOR, OPTION OR SIZE FOR MY CHILD'S UNIFORM?

MAY I BUY OTHER OPTIONS NOT INCLUDED IN THE UNIFORM PROGRAM?
If you attend private school your options are limited by the school. Remember private schools are more strict with their dress code. If you attend public school you must observe the dress code colors and you may choose from any style that we make (public schools are more flexible).

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
This is another convenience that Ibiley offers its customers. As long as you know your child's size, uniform colors and options you can place your order from the comfort of your home, by calling (305) 625-8050, or if you prefer you may place your order through the internet.

MAY I PAY WITH PERSONAL CHECKS?
At store level, we do accept personal checks and ATM cards. However when ordering by phone or internet we only accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS - Shipping Address Requirements
If ordering with a credit card, please note that the address of the credit card and the shipping address must be the same. This is according to the rules of the credit card companies - We cannot ship to another address.
IBILEY SCHOOL UNIFORMS RETURN POLICY ?
If uniforms were ordered by the Web site, Ibiley will give a 100% refund as long as the merchandise is not worn, or emblems are not on the uniforms. At the store level, you must have your receipt, only exchanges, as long as the emblems are applied to the tops or jumpers, or if you do not want an exchange you may receive a store credit. No cash or credit card refunds.

WHAT MATERIAL ARE YOUR POLOS , BLOUSES AND OXFORDS MADE OUT OF?
Our polos are manufactured with Pique Knit, 50% cotton and 50% polyester, and treated with DUPONT PROTECTOR which is a treatment that makes stains wash out of the fabric and at the same time stay new looking longer. Our blouses and oxfords are 60% cotton and 40% polyester. These blouses are easily washed and dried.
DO YOUR POLO SHIRTS AND BLOUSES SHRINK?
Ibiley always test test wash and dry all their products not just once, but many times. Through these tests we find that our polo shirts and blouses do not shrink.
MAY I USE BLEACH IN MY LAUNDRY?
We do not recommend that you use "bleach". We have found that you do not really need to use it. However, if you want to use "bleach" make sure it is safe for color and other fabrics.
Any time you order one of our uniforms through the internet or through the phone, you may go to the store for an even exchange, as long as it is not worn, or have an emblem. Please remember to take your receipt with you - Stores will not exchange anything without receipts.
